Staburn announces its first retailer for Wallace & McDowell
Staburn Property Group is thrilled to announce that the corner of 2nd and Lonsdale will be occupied by everyone’s favourite local restaurant – Browns Socialhouse.
“We only have one anchor corner restaurant in our project even though we cover an entire city block. We sought out Browns because we are very familiar with their founders and operators. Browns is now a rapidly growing national company, but it all started in North Vancouver. We wanted to set the tone for the quality of our whole project with our choice of a local anchor tenant, and I think we have succeeded with Browns,” says Steve Henderson, principal of Staburn Group.
Expect Browns to be open sometime in 2016.
