Wal-Mart Supercentre and London Drugs anchor this large centre which is located across Highway 97 from our Westbank Hub Centre.

Other tenants in the centre include two national banks and a national restaurant chain, as well as several smaller local and national tenants.  Staburn’s CIBC building was awarded the “Best Commercial Building” in 2009 by the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board.  Open and operating since 2008, the centre was sold to GWL Realty Advisors Ltd. and its pension fund clients in March 2017.
