Construction continues to steadily advance.

The building reached a crucial milestone in April when it was rendered weather tight, with all windows and doors passing performance testing. The exterior building wrap is nearing completion, with insulation and rainscreen installation underway.

Inside the building, insulation pre-stripping is complete and drywall installation has begun. Mechanical work is well underway with fan-coil units and bathtubs currently being installed in all suites.
